There was a hiccup with the delivery: the mattress was not sent with the three packages making up the parts of the bed. When the mattress was sent for delivery, the movers only delivered two packages of the bed and the mattress. Why this was so, I don't know. Eventually the missing package was found and delivered. All this took about three weeks. There was a certain urgency about my having a bed, but the reason for the delay is inexplicable to me. There are all sorts of possibilities for this, but I'm not going to speculate. There was a problem when the missing package arrived: one corner was clearly damaged, then when the package was opened, it revealed two damaged items, the more severe one being one corner of one of the two bed boards. The Customer Service's Lizzy offered either a replacement or a discount. I chose the latter because I needed a bed badly! This leads me to make s few points. The instructions need to be clarified to the least detail, since some signs were perplexing, and left to guesswork. While the bed-parts were well presented, the packaging was horrendous. More time was taken in collecting the fragmented debris that was floating around and sticking at everything than for assembling the bed! My final remark is to complement the two Customer Service agents, namely, Lizzy particularly, and I think Paige, who were most helpful and did what was asked of them when dealing with my problem(s). don't think it was the fault of Happy Beds

Following a few issues with my order, I ordered a replacement bed, and was awaiting delivery date. I contacted Happybeds by email to enquire about delivery. Liv replied quickly and was able to confirm a delivery date, Liv was helpful and polite

Terrible service with Happy Beds. I ordered a king size ottoman. First the delivery was at 10.40 in the evening. I had to get out of bed to let them in. The next day I brought the headboard upstairs, after spending 10 mins removing all the staples and plastic wrapping I realised it was the wrong style. The next day my husband and I brought the bedbase up which is very heavy. When I unpacked it I noticed they sent a double not a king size base. I contacted them to rearrange pick up of wrong bed and delivery of correct bed. We had to take the time to repack headboard and base and carry them downstairs. We had to wait another 5 days before correct bed was delivered and wrong one collected. As we had got rid of our original bed we had to sleep on the floor. I had booked it to arrive on my time off work so had to organise someone to be in for second delivery which was very inconvenient. When I asked if they planned to offer any compensation they said no and sent out 2 awful cheap pillows which I do not need. I honestly felt like cancelling the whole order but we didn't want to carry on sleeping on the floor and wait longer for another bed through a different company. I would not recommend this company at all. For a bed that cost over £600 the service was shocking. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. Happy beds, more like unhappy customer.

We actually had a small issue with one part being the wrong size. Easily done, wasn't the end of the world! What really stood out to me was when I went to get the issue sorted (new part sent to us), the customer service I got from Lizzy & Chan was great. They dealt with the issue so fast, I had resigned myself to not knowing anything for a bit, and it was sorted within the hour. And they were so lovely too. Situation could have been much more annoying, but they were great. So chuffed.

Good bed arrived in good order except for a couple of parts of the drawer were faulty(manufacturing issue) but no problem to Happy Beds at all, a couple of emails with photographs and replacement parts were with us inside a week. Thanks to Harley for sorting so painlessly.

The customer service i recieved from sophie and jack was absolutely perfect. I had a faulty mattress and they quickly organised for a replacement to be sent to me and to have the faulty mattress taken away. They replied in a very timely manner every time and were friendly. I now have a nice new mattress and i couldnt be happier!

I've bought a bunk bed, two single beds and a small double bed from Happy Beds so I'm a very satisfied customer. Most recently Liv in Customer Service organised replacement parts for a single bed speedily and with straightforward emails and no fuss. Good work

Initial issue with the delivery as a part was missing. Contacted customer services - Aimee, who was very helpful indeed. She was kind and polite, and worked promptly to get things resolved. The replacement parts are on their way and her service has been excellent. Many thanks.
