“We incurred a few quality issues with the bed that we ordered once we went to assemble it. Sophie and Liv were very helpful, prompt in their response and provided excellent customer service to try and rectify the issues that we incurred. Overall I am very pleased with the way I have been treated and would encourage fellow consumers to use Happy Beds but to never be afraid to reach out if there is an issue as you will be treated fairly and respectfully. Thank you again Sophie and Liv!”

“I bought a bed from happy beds about five years ago. A year ago we took the bed apart and put it in the loft. We took the bed out of the loft one Sunday evening to put back together. But when we got the bed out. I couldn’t find the screws that join it all together 🤦🏻‍♀️ I rang happy beds on the Wednesday explaining what has happened. I spoke with a lady called Liz. Once Liz found my order number. She said she would send me a email asking for what screws I required. The email came through within 10 minutes. I replied straight away. By Friday all screws that were missing were delivered and some extra screws were put in the parcel. I wasn’t charged for the screws or postage. I would definitely recommend happy beds. Speedy delivery. Perfect customer service. Liz who I spoke to was so friendly and helpful. I spoke with her on the Wednesday and all screws were with me by Friday. Thank you so much Liz. You are more than 5 stars ⭐️”

“Ordered a bed at 21:40 and night and had some questions regarding my purchase. Liv responded so quickly and politely, was nice to not speak to a robot and have a human response!! Hope my delivery is as wonderful as the customer service !”

“ordered a bunk bed for my boys. But being a bit silly managed to order two. After a panic flap I messaged on the website and text spoke to Chloe who was amazing and sorted out my order and arranged for my refund. One happy mum and two happy boys looking forward to there 1 bunk bed 🙂”

“We ordered the Pegasus high sleeper, which my son absoloutely loves! Unfortunately one part was missing when it arrived, due to a slighly damaged box. Sophie (customer services) was extremely helpful though and contacted the manufactuers, and arranged a delivery of the missing part within a few days. Great customer service.”
