Open to conversation about pro's and con's of the various new boilers. Had new boiler done 24 hours later, which counts for tenants - and fantastic aftercare. Came back for aftercare as per 1 year warranty, to sort a small problem in the drainage pipe that had been overlooked, no fuss at all. Clean tradesman, professional attitude, delivery clean and tidy, job's a goodun!”

“Fantastic service from john balzaretti, the issue was with a very strong smell of sewage from downstairs bathroom. He identified the issue immediately with a gap in the pan connector in the toilet. John mentioned the smoke test he can do which I thought was a really good idea . I wanted to know if smoke was coming from the back of the toilet. Lots of smoke so I now know what was causing the issue.
