“We had an emergency job come up over the weekend where one of our air conditioning units failed in our server room. This caused our company servers to be compromised. We needed a company quickly to sort the issue out. I had contacted a couple of providers before this company who all told me that were not willing o do the job as it needed a specialist air-conditioning contractor to deal with the issue. I stumbled across this company doing a search on Google. As soon as I called the main reception number up the lady I spoke to was really polite. She said that they would be able to deal with the job and I asked if we could get a same day electrician she advised this would not be possible however we an fit you in the next morning as an urgent job. True enough the electrician came and he was very polite as well and very professional. He took the time to explain what the job involved how many hours it would take and roughly how much the job would cost. At the end he gave me a minor works certificate for the job and said you will receive a job sheet and a payment request by email. 5 minutes later they both arrived. I have no negative comments about this company and would certainly use their services again in the future if we need to”
