“Very bright and polite and efficient. Kept informed. Had to reschedule - traffic heavy - so people got behind - understandable, and I have absolutely no problem with that. Craftsman polite, pleasant, cheerful, very tidy and efficient. Would recommend.”

“I don't live in London, but my daughter does and she needed some electrical help, so being nervous of electrical things I contacted this company as I didn't want to get a rouge trader round by mistake. I felt secure knowing that it was a big company and there would be some accountability. I wasn't wrong. Although the chap Richard just changed the two bulbs. He did double check that the transformers were still working . The suggestion when they next go to change to LED lights I have taken in board an will recommended my daughter go with that. I didn't realise the company did all trades. I had just booked an engineer to check the thermostats on the boiler had I had known about your company first I would have also booked through your company, although having said that the chap was excellent. The reliability is what I wanted and of course the honestly of the person goes a long way. I will make sure If my daughter needs anything else doing she maybe goes through you. Do you also have carpenters available?”

“Tradesman friendly and polite and offered options for job (kitchen hood extractor installation) quote I was given initially less than final job by £50 but quality of work was good so I'll overlook that on this occasion”

“Tradesman informed me very well of what work was required and did the work over a weekend which meant the buisness was not affected. Left the site clean and tidy and everything working properly. Overall an excellent service.”

“The admin is really efficient. Obviously must have effective well-designed and well-run IT systems. Very friendly and sensible approach over the phone and on email. Technicians and engineers who are intelligent, polite, articulate and obviously know their stuff, and who get on efficiently with the job. Superb all round.”

“Impressed with the whole service. The initial contact with customer services was friendly but very clear and efficient. Ongoing communications about timing of work were careful. Electrical work in my elderly mother's flat was done quickly, accurately , cheerfully and very tidily. Will definitely contact them again for electrical jobs.”
