“Contacted via Google search from my mobile whilst travelling, to clear blocked drains on a Saturday afternoon, following no success with earlier morning calls & emails. Drains were unblocked, report & feedback immediate. Quick response, effective. Courteous & helpful Helen resolved a problematic issue swiftly.”

“The Account Manager, Helen, was friendly, helpful and prompt in response to the job. The job has been carried out by the engineer, Ryan, efficiently with tidiness and good workmanship. He was willing to listen and come back if there was something unfinished on the job or there was something not understood on operation of a mechanism. “I was booked in very quickly with a next day appointment. Jason, the guy attended the appointment, informed me of his arrival time 30mins before and he was on time. Very friendly and professional, fixed all the things I asked him to within one hour. Excellent services!”

“We had a small emergency, a bathroom tap broke and they had a plumber around very quickly. It was a sod to replace (previous plumber gave up) but he managed to do it within the hour, without any fuss and a smile. Very pleased. Well worth the money.”

“I queried a price on-line & got a reply within minutes. I then requested a day & time and, again, got a confirmation within minutes. Its nice to have a company that is efficient and meeting the customers needs. The engineer was on time and quick & efficient in doing the work. Very impressed.”
