“I don't live in London, but my daughter does and she needed some electrical help, so being nervous of electrical things I contacted this company as I didn't want to get a rouge trader round by mistake. I felt secure knowing that it was a big company and there would be some accountability.
I wasn't wrong. Although the chap Richard just changed the two bulbs. He did double check that the transformers were still working . The suggestion when they next go to change to LED lights I have taken in board an will recommended my daughter go with that.
I didn't realise the company did all trades. I had just booked an engineer to check the thermostats on the boiler had I had known about your company first I would have also booked through your company, although having said that the chap was excellent. The reliability is what I wanted and of course the honestly of the person goes a long way. I will make sure If my daughter needs anything else doing she maybe goes through you. “Tradesman friendly and polite and offered options for job (kitchen hood extractor installation) quote I was given initially less than final job by £50 but quality of work was good so I'll overlook that on this occasion”
