“I was booked in very quickly with a next day appointment. Jason, the guy attended the appointment, informed me of his arrival time 30mins before and he was on time. Very friendly and professional, fixed all the things I asked him to within one hour. Excellent services!”

“We had a small emergency, a bathroom tap broke and they had a plumber around very quickly. It was a sod to replace (previous plumber gave up) but he managed to do it within the hour, without any fuss and a smile. Very pleased. Well worth the money.”

“I queried a price on-line & got a reply within minutes. I then requested a day & time and, again, got a confirmation within minutes. Its nice to have a company that is efficient and meeting the customers needs. The engineer was on time and quick & efficient in doing the work. Very impressed.”

“The whole booking process was very straightforward and the plumber called as agreed and also turned up when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the problem after going to fetch a part. Highly recommended.”

“This was my first time ever calling out a plumber and I was incredibly pleased at how easy it was. Helen the account manager was very helpful and explained everything clearly including pricing, and Dan the plumber was very friendly, explained clearly everything he was doing, and did a great job. I will definitely be using them again should I need a plumber in future and will be recommending to everyone I know! Absolutely brilliant.”

“Completely unreliable. My boiler was not working so I phoned them and they said they could come 12 - 5 that day. Called them just after 1pm to see if I could get a better idea of time and they didn't call back as promised. Rang again for an update half an hour later and again no call back until another half an hour later, when they said their engineer was running late and they couldn't come until the following afternoon. And this was for a repair to a boiler they had serviced only a few weeks before. Avoid them.”
