“Very personable staff on the phone & making appointment was easy (even as an emergency Saturday booking!). Electrician who conducted work was fast & professional - mending items & even clearing up afterwards. My only grumble would be that they arrived several hours earlier than arranged which made it difficult to be home at the right time. However I got a call 1/2 hour beforehand to say they were on their way so could rush back. Overall though, very good service”

“We had our bathroom lighting completely refitted, very tidy job, by a very personable electrican keeping me fully informed at all stage sof the job in relation to what fittings what were being installed and why previous fittings had failed. Call centre also very helpful setting up the bookings.”

“My central heating boiler packed up when I tried to switch it on the other week. So with great anxiety I looked at getting someone in to look at it. To my surprise this was extremely easy and no difficult questions were asked, unlike other front companies that are passing work to third party contractors. I was given full reassurance that someone would call to confirm the appointment time (as they did straight away) and attend to the problem as agreed with no fuss. I phoned the office during the job time slot, as I was away. The office said that yes a heating engineer was attending and they would ask him to call me. Within 5 minutes the engineer (Andy?) was on the phone telling me concisely what he had done, what the problem was and how long he was on the job. Excellent work from all involved, no faffing and the invoice was sent with a day or so. Complete satisfaction from my side, keep up the good work guys - many thanks.”

“Fixed a problem with my plumbing connection under the sink when I bought a new washing machine. Great service, engineer was very friendly, knowledgeable, did a good job and gave good advice for the future. Would definetly use again and recommend to a friend. BG”

“The engineer arrived exactly on time agreed, even though he had to wait in his van for 20 mins! Checked the problem quickly and arrived at a solution equally quickly. Would definitley use them again!”

“I rang and was told I could have the gas safety work done the next day. By adding the boiler service I was given a discount. An appointment was made in a convenient time slot to suit us and we were telephoned 1/2 before. The work was then checked by a supervisor the next week, again at a time to suit us. I will definitely use this service again. Pam Lockley”

“I felt the costs were excessive but I cannot fault their customer service and professionalism. They came when they said they would and confirmed fees in advance. They did the job thoroughly (I believe) and I felt confident in what their engineer told me.”
