“Polite and helpful customer advisor who was able to arrange for a qualified electrician to attend to the problem the next day. Appreciated the 10% discount on same day booking. Arrived 40 min late outside of agreed time window, but completed the job quickly and professionally.”

“When I fist called, the receptionists were very polite and fast to find the right tradesman to suits me. Then, as I had to change my appointment, they were also helpful to accommodate me. The tradesman, James was spot on time, amazingly knowledgeable, calm, polite, tidy and approachable. Although I find that they were a bit high on the price because the job needed took 3 hours and thought they could have reduced the hourly rate after the first hour considering that James was already on site, I am however impressed by the quality of the service I received and will recommend it to anyone.”

“EXCELENT first phone call lady took time and politeness to explain what I asked her I was pleased with that first call. Phone call to make booking date for estimate and call to say to day what time he was arriving. Came on time was polite and helpful, So far the service is good I am WATING for a e mail estimate now. But feel I am happy with all so far”
