“James was excellent in every way. His first appointment was between 7 and 9am and he rang me to say he was stuck in traffic and would be late which was extremely helpful. He told me what the problem was and fixed it with the minimum of disruption and I cannot recommend him highly enough.”

“I urgently needed someone to come and look at my boiler and do a check. From my initial phone call there was a person at my door a few hours later... both the lady who booked the call and the gentleman who attended the call were efficient, helpful and professional. I would highly recommend them!”
