“Original enquiry was by email and had a telephone call within half hour. Appoint meant made and I was kept up to date about the arrival time of the engineer. Engineer was clean and tidy with his work, even took his shoes off when he came in. Made the effort to trace the boiler fault and fix the problem rather than just replace all the parts and charge the earth. Can't complain about any part of the service. Everything done and dusted within a few hours. Highly recommended.”

“It was a good communication. I did not use the service because I understood from my neighbour the freeholder sorts it from the outside. It was an internal issue after all. I cannot say how good their workmanship is. It was easy to book and cancel.”

“Good customer service. Reliable contact over annual checks. Very quick response on occasional urgent jobs (eg plumbing). Contractors stay in touch over the jobs. Probably not the cheapest, but reliability and speed are worth it as an off site landlord.”
