“When I fist called, the receptionists were very polite and fast to find the right tradesman to suits me. Then, as I had to change my appointment, they were also helpful to accommodate me. The tradesman, James was spot on time, amazingly knowledgeable, calm, polite, tidy and approachable. Although I find that they were a bit high on the price because the job needed took 3 hours and thought they could have reduced the hourly rate after the first hour considering that James was already on site, I am however impressed by the quality of the service I received and will recommend it to anyone.”
