“advisor saved me time and expense by booking a weekday call out. engineer was tidy, polite and helpful, explaining clearly what the issue was, what his recommendations were and how he resolved the boiler issue. Communication regarding replacement parts and invoicing was efficient and professional with a human touch that made working with this company a pleasant experience. I would recommend this company and James P wholeheartedly.”

“I had to find a tradesman rapidly as the man I used to use had retired. I made the choice on the basis of proximity, and track record as indicated by reviews. I was very impressed by the efficiency of the administration of our case, and by the the tradesman who dealt with it.the work reviewed more problems than expected, e.g. rotting woodwork, inability to get parts for old taps, etc. Khrushchev dealt with all these problems promptly and efficiently, and I am very pleased with the way he restored our kitchen.”

“I got there package deal: gas safety check and boiler service together. I was given a half-day window and the engineer was on time, worked efficiently and left no mess at all. I will use this company again because they seem very reliable.”

“Excellent service after central heating failed as timer on boiler needed replacing. Engineer came out same day and was able to keep heating going and returned with new timer the following day. Heating Engineer Simon was brilliant , very quick and efficient and very friendly. Would definitely recommend anyone to use this company.”
