“Marcone Monteiro attended my property on 9/11/16. It was quite a minor job but he was a consummate professional and very polite in his dealings with me. He even took his shoes off so as not to mark my carpets as it was a pretty wet day outside. This level of care did surprise me but was most welcome. He actioned the job very efficiently and I am very happy with the results. MB”
