“Their customer service team were polite, friendly and made booking an appointment very easy. The engineer was also polite and went beyond a standard service to explain what the boiler and things to take into consideration with a boiler of its type. The online booking confirmation and payment process is quick and efficient and means no paper is wasted.”

“The booking of the boiler service was easy and they accommodated my date requirements everyone was friendly and explained in easy to understand language the process what would happen at each step of the way and what work had been done. The tradesman was great - took off his shoes on arrival so didn't traipse anything through the house and cleaned up after himself Excellent value for money and gives great peace of mind”
