Ordered some handles for cupboard doors but they arrived but was wrong size sent contacted customer service and was told that we would have to return them at our expense which was £7 and re order right size which we did and then wait for the refund we sent them back the same day as delivery then the refund email came saying that a partial refund was sent i asked why only partial refund and was told that they didn’t refund carrier charges it doesn’t say that on the return policy not very happy about this company
