“Original appointment was a week away but was contacted to say there had been a cancellation and I was given an appointment the day after making contact. Diane was very professional and explained fully the procedure. Suction failed and water irrigation was then used and both ears were cleared of wax. Wax build up had caused hearing impairment and discomfort and this painless procedure provided immediate relief. Thank you.”

“Good price, very prompt delivery. Very satisfied with the service from HAB Hearing but horrified at the overwhelming and totally unnecessary non-recyclable plastic packaging on the Duracell batteries that I bought. Will use HAB again but not Duracell batteries.”

“I am a long term customer and have always received excellent service, apart from my last order. I requested 2 of right hand receiver wires and was sent a left and right instead. My guess is someone didn't read the order closely. Anyway, the mistake was quickly dealt with to my satisfaction.”
