Hi Stephen this has got to be the most bizarre negative review we have had for a long time.... We get very few bad reviews as we are keenly priced on all our products compared to most other suppliers and we offer a high level of customer care. You stated we were the cheapest you found, we did not hold a gun to your head, you purchased willingly knowing the cost. We supplied the cheapest price you could find and presumably with a good level of customer care, efficiently and on time? But you still gave us a 2 star company review, presumably because you thought we were charging too much for a product? Regards, Paul

“I have had a few dealings with HAB and been very well pleased with the service which they provide. They have provided domes and thin tubes which I could have obtained from the NHS but I am happy to source independently so as not to add to the burden on our brilliant NHS which is under such strain from the funding constraints of the present government.”

“I purchased Pre Bent Tubing for BTE Hearing Aids - Standard Tubing.. I am 100% happy with this product. I bought them for my mothers hearing aids. They fit perfectly. They are so soft and flexible. Now she is able to hear. I recommend this product to everyone.”
