“Ordered my Streamline Mic and was pleasantly surprised that I could buy it zero rated if I filled in a VAT declaration. This was done online through the HAB website and was quick and simple. I got a confirmation that it had been received and accepted and I then ordered my Mic. This arrived a few days later and I was kept informed by HAB as to delivery. The whole process was quick and professional and I was very pleased.”

“I heard about HAB ear wax removal on Facebook, and I am so glad I did. From booking the appointment, arrival at the clinic and the actual procedure, everything was done with complete professionalism. I have to admit in these Covid times I was a little apprehensive about attending for the procedure but I had no need to worry, all safeguards were in place to ensure no risks were incurred. Thank you HAB I would have no hesitation in recommending your service.”

“One of my hearing aid tubes broke and my NHS provider was only offering a postal service for maintenance due to the Covid-19 situation. I didn't want to trust one of my aids and record book to the post so it was great to find a pair of tubes from HAB at a very reasonable price. They arrived within two days of the order. I would use them again without hesitation.”

“Batteries perfectly good for the use intended, very prompt delivery, however price had escalated from 14.95 rTo 16.95 within six months,maybe because of corona virus. Still quite a jump in price in a short space of time”
