Hi Anne Marie, just wondering why you have given us 3 stars, is that a comment on the service we have provided? You ordered on 4/1 and it is 13/1 now, we advise on the website that overseas orders tend to take 1.5 to 2 weeks by airmail on average. Was your expectation for sooner than this? Regards, Paul

“I needed to order some tubes for my husbands NHS hearing aids, having looked online I wasn't really sure which ones to order. On the HAB site it was easy to work out exactly which ones I needed. It was very easy to complete the order and they arrived quite quickly and fitted perfectly. I will be using HAB again when the time comes to make another order.”

Hi Suzanne, you ordered on 1/1 which is a bank holiday here in the UK, you ordered by standard airmail, which takes about 1.5-2 weeks to get to you typically by that method and its now 11/1. I'm wondering why you have given us a 3 star review, do you feel our service is lacking in some respect? Regards, Paul
