“It has been a pleasure to deal with HAB Hearing. The device I ordered was, in fact, the incorrect one for my hearing aids and I needed a different but identical looking one. The exchange was organised promptly and the replacement received a couple of days after sending the incorrect one back. I am now a happy user impressed and grateful by fast, effective service.
