“I love my hearing aids hooks! I won't wear clear ones! I have a saying, why should I look boaring when I can bling! Love them! They're fab and well worth the money! I totally recommend them! They also look fab with coloured tubes too! I mix and match! But the hooks make the hearing aids look great! Go for it! You won't be sorry!”

“Have ordered these in 10 packs before and they have always arrived in boxes. However this time they were not in a box just an envelope , and on opening envelope 2 of the packs were open and the batteries were loose in the envelope. This was disappointing, as I do not know whether those batteries will be damaged.”

Hi Christine, you've ordered the same batteries from us 5 times in the last 18 months, presumably the other 4 times you were happy? I'm a little puzzled though, we have never sent the batteries any other way than in an envelope. To ship them in a box would increase the price of shipping by 2-3 pounds or so. On an order of £15 most would rather we shipped them the way we do in a large letter format as opposed to a small packet rate. If a couple of the batteries have escaped out of the pack into the envelope I can only imagine Royal Mail have been a little energetic in their handling. The batteries will not be damaged, you can simply put them back in their packs with no detriment. All said though, not sure why you've given us 2 stars? A simple email to us and we could have confirmed all this. Regards, Paul
