“The domes supplied are an improvement, comfortable and they are less likely to block with wax. However there is a tendency for feedback noise and the sound generated by my aides is distorted especially watching television. This could be that I need the next size up.”

“Not as easy to use as the old model, when you just used one side of the stick to remove the guard, rotated it then inserted the new clean one. You must be very careful when removing both the old and inserting the new one too ensure they line up and are not at an angle, as they will not locate if that happens. I had to make an appointment with my audiologist to sort the problem out. Seems I am not the first he has had to sort out.”

“I ordered receiver wires but deciding which was the right model was complicated. Upon receipt of my order HAB contacted me to ensure I had the right product and they kindly amended the order accordingly. The products then arrived a day later. Excellent service and great attention to detail.”
