“I ordered some hearing aid batteries and wax guards. Both items came very quickly within a day. The batter ies were fine but I realised I had ordered the wrong wax guards but I just e mailed HAB and I had a very prompt reply saying they would exchange for correct ones or money back so I am in the process of returning the wrong ones at the moment. The prices are very reasonable as well as service being excellent. Win win situation. I will now always order from HAB.”

“I tried to purchase a replacement battery using the on-line account processing company that HAB use. However, for some reason my transaction could not be completed. I rang HAB direct and although they do not normally accept payment for purchases direct, in this instance they obliged. My order was despatched immediately and received the next day. Excellent customer service!”
