Hi Hans, I am struggling to understand your logic in your review for marking us down as a company because of the postal system. You paid for standard airmail, we are in the UK and you are in Sweden, and typically an order by this method we suggest would be 1.5-2 weeks, but can be delayed due to random customs inspections and the general postal systems of the UK, international and Swedish postal system. We ALWAYS ship same day / next business day, so any delays are not us, its the postal system. The only way to guarantee a very swift delivery is by courier, and for a £15 order that would be a mistake and prohibitively expensive in comparison to the cost of the order. Surely you should not be marking us down as mediocre (which a 3 star review basically says) because of a postal system that is out of our hands. If on reflection you wish to amend the stars to something more appropriate ie higher I can send you a means to fix that. Regards, Paul

“TheSe were the wrong filters for my device, so had to reorder in a hurry which worked well. Returned the wrong filters and still waiting for a refund. I am sure I am not the first one to be court out. The colour coding needs to be better on you website between the HF4 filters and the HF3. Please can you process my refund ASAP. Many thanks. Hi George, I've had a look at our interactions with you. You ordered the wrong product and feel the description is not detailed enough, I'm really not sure how we could change it to make it more specific to help you in that respect. We have not had anyone in memory make the same mistake either, I think it's just a case of you taking more care how you order. We are happy to refund on the filters your ordered by mistake, but we asked you to send them to us nearly 2 weeks ago and have yet to receive them. We can't refund on a returned product until it arrives in our office! Once we receive your incorrectly ordered product we can refund without delay. Not sure why you think we deserve a 3 star review though.... Regards, Paul
