“Terrific service - and price! I ordered the wrong domes in error. HAB spotted they were incompatible with the wax guards I ordered and checked back with me straight away to verify and check my hearing aid model. The wax guards were correct but the domes weren't. Order amended by HAB and despatched. Still a fast turnaround and items received very quickly. Have used other suppliers previously but HAB have excellent pricing and provide a superb service.”

“I recently purchased a Signia Streamline Mic to enable the streaming of music and phone conversation from my android smartphone. HAB Hearing are exemplary in their customer service. They give helpful, practical advice and answered all my queries with courtesy. The ordered item was despatched the same day and HAB Hearing make no postal charge for the guaranteed delivery before 1PM the following day. I subsequently ordered the Signia Streamline TV device which streams TV audio to my hearing aids and once again this item arrived the following day. HAB Hearing (unlike most equipment suppliers) helpfully explain, for those who qualify, that many items are VAT exempt and hence customers benefit from a 20% saving on the purchase price. With the kind of service that I have experienced, I heartily recommend HAB Hearing to all hearing loss sufferers.”
