“Fabulous support and explanation thank you Helen and Paul I took my sister who has a learning disability and has been using NHS hearing aids for 15 years - her hearing was such that she would not wear the aids any longer - made worse by glasses and wearing a mask. Changed to in ear only aids with a fantastic result - no longer does she miss conversation she is often the centre of it. Delighted with the outcome and your patience in getting it right for us.”

“This does everything it claims to. The Smartmic arrived very quickly and partially charged. 2 types of USB cable for charging. It. With my hearing age within seconds by following the very easy to read instructions. Everything about the unit including the clip is very robust and I have had no problems with it falling off of my clothes. I can take phone calls and stream music, And ye app I normally use in the car for reading me texts and emails will also work through the Smartmic. The system also seamlessly seems to transfer backwards and forwards between the car Bluetooth and their microphone Bluetooth. Placing reminder phone in front of my bedroom TV means I can turn the volume right down and listen to the programs and they don't deister of my wife! I am using a Samsung Galaxy S9 and my only problem is that occasion only the smart Mike volume will for some reason turn down and I have to manually turn it up again on the phone. I would surly recommend this accessory to complete the hearing aid experience”
