“I attended my appointment on 07/08/2020 with Paul, and had never had a wax removal procedure previously. Paul conducted the medical background questionairre before a really good explanation of what he would be doing and asking precise questions as to the issue I presented with. Both ears were checked, right one clear, left one, blocked. He proceeded to vacuum the wax out which was quick and painless. The sound returning was amazing, I had tried to self treat with olive oil for a week before my appointment, and Paul said this had helped to make removal easier, and it does say to put oil in the ears for a couple of days prior to the appointment on the email confirming too. This was a good use of my money, what price clear hearing? The procedure was quick and professionally delivered in a very clean, Covid aware environment. If I have to have a similar procedure again, this will be my go to business. Absolutely worth the 5 stars (more in reality) Thank you”

“Great experience with Paul at Silsden branch for wax removal. Made me feel very comfortable and secure and use of PPE equipment was excellent. Highly recommended and will definitely book again should I need to.”
