“The phonak microphone is extremely useful. I give it to a lecturer or speaker to clip on and the sound goes straight to my hearing aid. The only problem was that that the spring clip broke off and phonak were unable to repair the spring so I had to get a new unit. I find it invaluable and thoroughly recommend it”

“The hearing aid domes arrived within a few days, so that was good. However, I could not find a reference on the web site regarding the pack quantity when I ordered and was disappointed to only receive 8 when other retailers were selling in quantities of 10. It was my fault for not enquiring before I bought, but the quantities should be clearly stated to avoid further misunderstandings.”
