“I contacted Hab Hearing by phone wishing to purchase an Oticon Connection Clip, this device pairs with the Bluetooth Oticon hearing aids I had just been allocated by the NHS. I spoke to a young lady and young man both extremely helpful explaining how to buy vat free and exactly how the clip works, their advice given clearly and slowly ( I’m 78 ) much appreciated. Delivery was prompt no problems. The clip is for Android phones and when answering a call conversation goes directly to the to the hearing aids cutting out background noise, it also has a microphone mode which people can speak into, and they can ware it and speak to you direct to you aids from up about 60 feet away, ideal if your in a large shopping store etc. Can’t thank Hab Hearing staff enough, this purchase has helped me so much, thanks to all.”
