“What a fantastic company and experience! Having profound hearing loss can be (and was in my case) extremely isolating. I haven't been able to use a telephone for at least five years, and could only watch television if there were subtitles, which caused eye strain and headaches. I initially visited HAB Hearing as the wire on both hearing aids had snapped (They were not bought from HAB Hearing) I contacted them online over a weekend and on Monday Paul fitted me in and mended them so I wasn't without hearing completely. I decided then I would have a hearing test with Helen as I wasn't convinced I was wearing the hearing aids most suited to my hearing loss. Fast forward to a month later and I have hearing aids which are perfect for my loss. I can hear on a telephone call and I can hear the TV without subtitles! This has changed my life dramatically and I can't thank Paul and Helen enough. They are not only extremely knowledgeable and efficient they also genuinely care about each and every client and will go the extra mile to ensure you have the best product for your needs. The whole team at HAB Hearing are friendly, patient and kind. I highly recommend them.”

“I made mess of my order but HAB didnt just didnt send it but contacted me and helped sort it out so I got a package that had what I needed. Thank you excellent service. I have not completed the review for batteries also requested - a battery is a battery that's all I can say I ordered the wrong ones but HAB spotted this and sent the correct ones.”

“After making the initial mistake of purchasing the ReSound transmitter from another supplier I discovered that it was incompatible with my Specsavers Advance Elite 818 hearing aids. With extremely helpful advice from Paul, I was recommended the Smart Transmitter 2.4. It works perfectly and was also considerably cheaper than the ReSound device. A huge thank you to the HAB team for excellent advice and service. Pete.”

“I was delighted with your service . Helen put me at my ease , very welcoming . I was impressed with her manner and efficiency, she was quick and explained the procedure so well . I have had ear and ear wax removed many times by a nurse at GPs , but this was much better. I do however believe that putting sodium bicarb solution in before is much better and more effective than olive oil . The big carb did not dry my ears out at all . I have tried to advertise the benefits of using sodium bicarb over olive oil at my GPs but they don't seem to want to listen .”

“I need to have earwax removed regularly and have used a few companies to undertake this procedure since my doctor stopped providing this service. In my opinion HAB Hearing are the best - very competitively priced and easy and convenient to arrange an appointment. The facilities are first class and the staff know what they are doing. All was undertaken with robust C19 procedures in place. I strongly recommend HAB.”
