“We needed a strong oak pole to hold up one corner of a new shade sail and found your website via Google. You were able to supply exactly the size we needed and it was delivered very promptly. It looks great but sadly we've had no opportunity to use the shade sail yet because the weather has been so cold. Fingers crossed we will be putting it to the test properly in the next week or so...”

“Great service. They actually sent me a left handed timber marking knife when I ordered a right handed one. When I contacted them, they immediately overnighted the correct knife to me and had the old knife picked up from my house. Very efficient and great customer service.”
