“I needed a small amount of imperial size dowel to complete a repair , G&S were the only supplier I could find to provide just what I needed. Their service was great, the job is finished so 5 stars is easy.”

“The company's customer service was remarkably prompt with responses coming back very quickly (even out of hours). The responses were informed and useful. Couldn't ask for more. The product purchased was pretty much spot-on for quality (with just a slight scorch-mark along one side). So well wrapped, I felt slightly guilty on the packaging side, but mostly re-cyclable. Will definitely use again.”

“G&S specialist timber offer a good selection of rough sawn and planed hardwoods which I find perfect for my upcoming projects with delivery at a reasonable cost. My assorted order was fulfilled by the stated lead time and was well worth the wait. Buying a planed board saved significant preparation time, while the rough sawn tulipwood was reasonably priced. This is the second time buying from G&S specialist timber and I'm sure I'll be back.”

“Hi I was satisfied with the finish. The time from order to arrival was A1 the only complaint l have was l asked for was 7x2.4 lengths not 6 and one halved in two which was rough and not as good a finish as the rest .”
