“Hi guys the doweling was a beautiful straight grained piece of timber. There was knots or shakes. How ever the sizing was a bit odd. It wasn’t half an inch or 5/8 of an inch. and it wasn’t 13 mill or 15 mm so I had to grind down a flatbit to 14mm to make it work”

“After Rosie, our dog, chewed the doweling on our fab old chairs, i contacted this lot. Sent in my sample and they advised re replacement ones. Very happy with service and happy to recommend.”

“I have purchased wood several times previously from G&S. Their prices are very competitive and their turn around time is excellent. The product always arrives well packed. It is nice to be able to buy wood in small quantities too, unlike some of their competitors.”
