“Ordered a bunch of lime wood carving blanks to make some casting patterns and I’m really pleased with them. Very consistent dimensionally and good close grain - all at a really great price. Will be back for more.”

“Have used G&S quite a few times over the last few years on different projects and the quality of the timber has always been second to none. Deliveries are well packaged and seem to come earlier than expected. Haven’t finished yet and will be ordering again in the next few weeks.”

“Easy to order the oak boards I needed, cut to size accurately. Timber arrived via DHL well packed. No twist or bad timber all top notch stuff. Delighted with the purchase. And very reasonable transit costs. A great company.”

“Oak is wonderful as previous supplies from you. However, I've just unpacked it and found delivery damage to one edge. I saw the damage to the packaging when it was delivered but thought the edges would be protected as with previous orders which used stiff cardboard angle straps.”

“Web site very easy to use. Delivery was much quicker than expected since most of my wood was on a back order. Delivery charge was excellent in comparison to many other companies I looked at. One of the longer pieces was somewhat bent but as I am cutting smaller pieces from this it won't affect my project. The pieces I am joining together were very good and I didn't have to re-plane them. I will be ordering additional European Oak this week. DElivery was excellent.”
