“I've had lime blanks from G&S a couple of times and they have been good quality and deliovered quickly. The only thing that stops me ordering more fequently is that many of the sizes shown on the website are out of stock whan I look, which means I have to order thicker pieces than I actually need so end up wasting a lot of wood (and money).”

“I wish I's found you sooner. I've wanted various 60mm dowels for a while, but some retailers were far too expensive, but you've priced your products perfectly - and I love free shipping over £50. It was only a shame delivery of the order was delayed, but this is not down to G&S.”

“I have used G&S Timber for several years now and found them very reliable. My oak products were always carefully packaged and sent via reputable delivery companies. I recently ordered a small amount of oak flooring, it’s a shame the delivery cost was so high for such a small amount but it did arrive, all on its own in a softsided truck. Overall very happy and will continue to use G&S.”

“I ordered from G&S as they had the exact product I needed for my husband….he’s learning wood turning . The parcels arrived very quickly and were packaged really well. Customer service is fantastic and very helpful…they refunded my postage costs when I inadvertently ordered two separate parcels on the same day.”

“As usual the timber arrived perfectly packaged, perfectly square, perfectly planed, and perfectly straight. I don't buy a huge amount but as long as these guys are around I will continue to buy my hardwoods from them 👍”
