“I have placed three orders with G&S throughout the past twelve months and, in each case the order has arrived well within the predicted time schedule. The timber (planed all round Sapeli) has been unblemished and of consistently high standard. The planed finish required only minimal sanding to produce surface ready for French polishing. The timber was well seasoned ( or, presumably kiln dried) and remained stable, with no tendency to warp, even at 12mm thickness. The service, and the product, were everything that could be wished for and I am confident that, in the event of an order being in any way unsatisfactory, the company would replace, or reimburse.”

“Very good service, and well packed. The quality of the timber has always been first rate however their delivery with DX is hit or miss. This time DX sent an email to say they would delivery between 8am - 6pm but never turned up, it was delivered the next day! Overall G&S are excellent.”
