“I ordered a number of small items for a gift, which arrived well presented in a reused cardboard chisel toolbox. Unfortunately The wrong chisel was packed. I emailed and in a matter of minutes it was sorted with a pick up and delivery the next day. In the faceless world of online shopping I felt like an important customer. Thank you.”

“I needed some half inch dowel. 12mm was not suitable for the job I was doing. Not only were you able to supply the correct item, although I only ordered it at about 3.00pm, you were able to dispatch it the same day and it arrived with me at about midday the following day. Excellent service for a small order and I will be using G & S again for my supplies.”

“I recently purchased a length of 30mm walnut dowel to insert into soft obeche picture frame wood to support keyhole hangers and am very pleased with the quality of the product.
