“The tools are absolutely top quality. It was shame that FedEx let the side down! I ordered the tools on Saturday 13th June, I received a email on Monday 15th saying they had been dispatched. On the Tuesday 16th I received an email from FedEx saying they would deliver that day between 11.50-13.50. They didn’t deliver that or the next day and eventually delivered on the Thursday. There excuse was they had a sub contractor working and he couldn’t deliver the items both days! Part from costing me £14.99 for the delivery and handling from G&S. So I would think hard about ordering from this company again!”

“I've used G&S for some time and always had good service and quality products. Recently I put an order in using a new phone (I'm okay making sawdust but at 80 no good with phones) made a right mess of it. Contacted customer support and he sorted everything out for me returning some money back to my account. Yes they are a big firm dealing with large orders but have the time to help with very small orders a personal service like the old days. Buy with confidence.”

“Excellent service, fair price. By far the cheapest delivery cost that I've come across. I tried three companies in total and G&S was one of them. I paid £19.00 delivery but one Company wanted £66.00 and another £105.00 for delivery, UK based all for the same order. I did phone to query the price but £19.00 it was. I'm a DIY wood worker and I'm New to hard woods but I will be using G&S from now on. When I phoned the service was first class and friendly, very professional. Kind regards.”
