“Placed my order for 35mm diameter Tulipwood & Limewood dowel at around 1:30pm on a Thursday. It was delivered before 8am the next day. Now that’s great service. Quality of the dowel is really good. I cut it into 10mm pieces & used it for spots on large dominos. Will definitely use again.”

“The online catalogue is not user friendly. I still don't know things like whether you qualify for free delivery if the price is over £80 before or after tax! I ordered extra in order to qualify for free delivery and then wasn't granted it, so had to phone up and complain. Helpful when I complained but at the end of the day I shouldn't have to complain!”

“This was for a reenactment spear head and the dowel was top quality. Nice and straight, free of knots and delivered smooth and round which saved me 4 hours of work. Only minor downside was that the delivery is more than the shaft itself but to be expected as it's an awkward size. That said, if you ordered several the shipping is potentially free and it arrives in 24hrs.”
