“Very nice oak dowels. I needed to change my order when I realised I'd ordered the wrong size for some of the dowels after it had been delivered and spoke to someone on the phone who told me to re-order the size I needed and return the ones I didn't want. I did this and the new order arrived within 2 days and my refund only took a few days longer. Very pleased with the service and quality of this item.”
