“Bought the set on a special offer from the Martin Lewis website as Xmas present for my son. The items in the set looked good quality, so I was pleased. Only downside was they took about a week to arrive.”

“I love many aspects of Gruum especially the environmental element of less plastic usage, and have really enjoyed using the solid products in particular. The only thing I struggle with a wee bit is the black soap for the face as it makes such a mess of cloths and sinks. Apart from that pretty good. Love the light mosturiser and the wonderful deals they occasionally put on. I have used these for gifts many times. Thanks.”

“Really good products. Only gripe is the price (expensive when not on sale) and the size of some products in relation to the box - some products are half the size of the box it comes in. Otherwise, really happy and nice that the company seems environmentally aware and use sustainable packaging.”

“Hi Definitely your products are good but customer service is not good. Very difficult to get in touch.you need to improve it. I have ordered several times and last time i have ordered cream but still didn’t received it yet. Make your customer service easy for customers.”

“I ordered the shaving kit for my husbands birthday, its not until Febuary so he has not used any yet. But I have looked to see what they are like. They seem good value and came well packed. I had not heard of them before, but Money Saving Expert were offering them at a discount if you were intrested. So I jumped at the chance as a present for the main man in my life. I am glad I did. “I recently ordered a number of products from Gruum. Started mainly from their amazing deals where you can just pay for postage, but this exactly what got me into loving the products. I recently ordered the scent kit which are perfect for fragrance on the go, I love the bergamot scent and everyone has complimented it! These are so handy for popping in your bag and with 4 I can have one in every bag. I actually love how travel friendly all the products are, I use the solid bars of shampoo, cleanser and soap for my shower products at work. Always ideal for flights so I don’t have to lug around heavy bottled products. In regards to the actual products I think they’re great, I have sensitivities and prefer using products with minimal and natural ingredients. The most recent product I brought is the cleanser (bottled) I love it! Done wonders for cleaning my skin and even the bottle is sleek. Thanks so much, keep doing what you’re doing!”

“I love Gruum products! I found the brand accidentally and after learning they were Manchester based, decided to try them out. My favourite products are the shampoo bar, face SPF and sleeping mist but I’ve enjoyed everything I’ve tried!”
