“I’ve been using gruum products for a few years now. I started with the shampoo bars. I’ve tried a few other brands to compare but can honestly say gruum is the best for me. They’re long lasting and cause no irritation to my scalp. I’ve recently started using the face sun screen. Again, no irritation and it’s Matt; so no shiny face.”

“I only ever use gruum glos shampoo and conditioner bars. I love how they make my hair feel, they smell good, are environmentally friendly and easy to transport when going away. Would definitely recommend them.”

“Gruum and their products area great, shipping is fast so no need to wait long after ordering. So far I had face wash bar - the round one, it’s really nice, spf which for my oily t-zone is too oily but it’s still a very nice product, but the best of all are the bars of shampoo- I am a big fan of them.”

“A lovely company to deal with. Easy to order and regular good offers which encourage me to try new products. I love my daily skin defence lotion, especially since my latest order has arrived in a softer bottle which is much easier to get the product out of! Deliveries always fast with minimal but effective packaging- all recyclable. What’s not to like?! 😊”

“Tried a handful of products for free now and loved each one. Will definitely buy when they run out. The shampoo bar is amazing and keeps my hair fresh for longer. The conditioner smells gorgeous. The face sun cream is prefect with make up, doesn't have a greasy look or feel.”

“However, after reviewing the full ingredient list, I was disappointed to find Hexamethylindanopyran (Galaxolide) included in the formulation. As you may know, this synthetic fragrance compound has raised serious concerns in countries like France, where it has been flagged due to its bioaccumulative properties and potential long-term health effects. For a product marketed as “free from chemical nasties,” the inclusion of such a controversial ingredient feels misleading. Additionally, I noticed the product appears in your “Kids” section, yet it contains fragrance allergens and synthetic dye (CI 15985)—neither of which are generally recommended for children under five, particularly those with sensitive skin or eczema. There also doesn’t appear to be a clear child-specific safety rating, which I believe is important when offering personal care products for younger users. I genuinely respect what your brand is trying to achieve, but I encourage you to take a closer look at the transparency of your ingredient choices—especially when marketing to health-conscious and eco-aware customers. Replacing synthetic musks with safer, plant-based alternatives would better align with your stated values and improve trust with customers like me.”

“Highly recommend the face sunscreen-a little goes a long way and absorbed quickly. The body wash bar was lovely too-it was creamy as stated on the label. Very prompt and good service from the support team when I emailed them.”

“I ordered a shampoo bar and conditioner and 2 tins to use while travelling. The products were received quickly and were well packaged. Both products work really well leaving my hair soft and shiny. The bars fit perfectly in the tins making then easy to pack and carry while on holiday.”

“Great anti dandruff shampoo! I always struggled to find a good anti dandruff shampoo as almost anything I've tried, second day after washing hair, I will have had an itchy scalp. Gruum was a very nice surprise, as didn't have any itchiness and it's echo, it's local , so definitely I will continue to buy this shampoo. Thank you”
