“I bought 1 face soap and 1 face cream. I used the soap 1 time and decided to throw both in bin without even opening the face cream to try it. The soap was too bad to even bother to try the face cream. The soap make me feel like I wash my face with oil, grease, not with a soap. Skin feel sliming and gross on touch. Soap make no foam. Is that even a soap?! Waste of money. At least I tried 1 time. Now I know to never buy products from this company ever again. I would rather throw the money on the streets. Like this someone will find the money and use it. Is a better decision then buy Gruum products.”

“Been using Gruum products for a few years and have them to be of high quality and always as described. Packaging is eco friendly and delivery is efficient and speedy. I reusepackaging where I can, e.g. tins, but would like to reuse more.”

“I loved the hair and skin care the moisturiser smelled lovely however the shampoo and body wash bar smells a-bit masculine to me if anything I’d like if there was some more feminine fragrances like coconut or vanilla maybe?”

“I tried the shampoo bar, conditioner bar and the facial cleanser bar; they smell beautiful and certainly work but they don't lather very well. The worst bit for me was two days after I first used the facial cleanser bar it had grown mould so I had to chuck it away.”

Hi Alice, Thanks so much for your feedback — we’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the scents and found the products effective, though we’re so sorry to hear about the issue with your facial cleanser bar. That definitely shouldn’t happen. Our bars are made with natural ingredients and contain minimal preservatives, so we recommend storing them somewhere dry between uses to prevent moisture build-up.
