“I discovered Grüum through Vodafone’s Friday promotions. To be honest, I was hesitant to try the products at first. For the past 6-7 years, I’ve been using mostly homemade mixtures as moisturizers, especially for my face. I try to avoid using too many chemicals whenever possible. However, after reading about their brand’s story, I was deeply impressed and decided to give their products a try. I’m so glad I did because I absolutely loved them! I was so pleased with the quality that I started purchasing them for myself. What stood out to me beyond the quality of the products was the fact that the promotional items they sent were full-sized. I only realized this after I began buying them on my own, and it left such a positive impression on me. This Christmas, I bought their products as gifts for my sister, my cousin, and a friend. I also shared my positive thoughts about your brand and your story with them. Thank you Grüum Team for creating such wonderful products and for the care you clearly put into your business.”

“I used to buy Gruum when it first started.I loved the hair soap bars.They were pioneering.Ibrecommeded them to many friends and family.Then you changed your conditioner recipe.I tried to order it and it had changed smell and texture.I contacted you and no one had an explanation.Everything had been rplaced with coconut oil all the conditioners that had been available were no longer available.You lost me as a customer.”

“I now buy the Gruum solid snampoo bar every time. My hair feels and looks lovely after using it, it lasts for ages, and I am really pleased not to be using plastic containers for my hair care.”

“I bought a shampoo bar for travelling, but then realised it has a really good texture when you use it, lathering up really well with a light cleansing feel and washing out easily, and with better ingredients than liquid shampoos, so I use the Gruum bars all the time for shampooing now. Great company with a great ethos and lovely products.”

“It is a lovely box that came through the other day with my recent purchase. It smelt divine and with a body bar, shampoo bar and conditioning bar. All three are solid and great value to me and to the environment. I feel good, the environmental impact is less and they look good. I stumbled over this brand by pure chance and seeing the condition bar made me wanting to order. So I did. Full marks for the product.”

“I absolutely love the products that Gruum offers! I was introduced after receiving the Christmas calendar from my boyfriend, since then everyday I have used the facial products as well as hand cream, I’m finding such an improvement to my skin. I love the packaging, the smells and the overall difference that Gruum makes to my day to day life. I’m also a hugeeee fan of your wax melts, they are amazing!!!!”

“Gruum has the best shampoo bars I've tried so far, and I've been through a couple of brands. Though I don't usually need the shampoo to suds up to feel like I've cleaned my hair, the bars always lather very quickly which makes washing my hair that much quicker too, and so much more convenient as it's easier to spread the shampoo that way. I've been recommending gruum to all of my friends, as we're all quite intent on cutting down unnecessary plastic and water usage, and I've been buying so many more items from gruum as well (periodically, because they last ridiculously long actually). The tins make it so easy to take the shampoo and soap to the gym, and storing them at home is no problem either. Absolutely love this brand!”

“Love the shampoo and face bars but am yet to find a conditioner bar that I like, I struggle to rub the bar on my hair and as there's not a lather like with the shampoo bars I find it difficult to use. It would be good to have an applicator to help apply it to your hair, similar to roll-on deodorant applicator.”

“Gruum have supported 'us' (my daughter and myself) since I discovered the company. I'd spent a long time searching for natural products that would work best for her. Hooray! we definitely found this with Gruum. We're enjoying using the face and body products, the scent, feel and quality of them is superb. Thanks guys brilliant company.”

“Sorry for the poor star, but I had so much trouble getting the order. No replies from yourself to my emails, and finally had to go to Vodafone to get a response!! I did finally get the order, and I like the product, but the experience has put me off ordering from Gruum, sorry.”

“I've been using Gruum since one of their founders did a little plug in a local WhatsApp mum's group, I can't even remember how many years ago now. I've mostly used their gentle facial wash but also recently bought myself their brightening facial cleanser bar and I love it! The bar smells really nice and the face wash is great, doesn't make me break out. I suffer from rosecea so it's been amazing for my skin. Really recommend Gruum. Easy to order and delivery is always on time for my subscription.”

“I bought several products ahead of travelling, wanting skin, body and haircare items that were easy and light to carry and cut out the plastic containers, whether recyclable or not, as I'd rather not make the waste in the first place. After research, Gruum fitted the bill. Liked that they are in the UK so no air miles, and independent as I dislike Amazon's monopoly. So far have only tried the face cleansing bar which is very nice to use. Will use the hair care once I've used up some older bars I bought elsewhere and review then.”
