“Really nice products and i love the samll bottles so i can take away on holiday and overnight trips. less harsh chemicals so you fee better about the sustainabiliyy aspect. and I love getting the emails from Simon the founder, makes it feel more personal!”

“I am very unhappy and feel I have been completely scammed by your company. I saw an offer for your Festive Pamper Kit worth £47 for only the cost of postage and packing quoted as £3.95. Too good to be true?? Clearly but I thought Gruum was a reputable company and so decided to try your products as a gift for my daughter as you are an ethical company. I placed my order, paid my £3.95 and waited. I then received a notice from the post office to say I had a package waiting but had to pay £9.90 to release it. (I’ve been waiting the return of a passport and so paid the fee just incase). And so instead of paying £3.95 I have now spent £13.85 on a set of tiny products that hat are clearly not worth the value you have stated of £47!! To add insult to injury, when I opened the individual bars they were partially melted and smeared on the inside of two of the boxes. I cannot gift this to anyone!”

“Can't rate the product's use as it was a Christmas gift for someone. The scents were amazing, very enticing. However, it lost one star for size, quite small. The other star was for delivery time, taking ages to reach me and arriving just before new year.”

“I love all of the products I have tried, I appreciate all of the special offers and share these with friends and family. The freebies have been fantastic and they encouraged me to try your awesome range of products. It's easy to order from your website and items come fairly quickly, I live in a small village so we don't get post daily. I have loved everything especially the prickly pear oil. Thank you for the great range of products and all of your time and tremendous effort you all put into this wonderful range. Loved the perfumes, soaps, hair and shampoo products, skin care and the room diffusers. Blessings and love .”

“I recieved the solid facial cleansing bar, roll on perfume and pumpkin seed oil as part of an offer. I love all three products. The perfume smells gorgeous. I have really sensitive skin and neither facial products have caused any irritation. My skin feels super soft.”
