“I have had 1 order arrive from Gruum and waiting for my second one, I have had no problems with the Company, they process the orders quickly and send them out promptly. I have to say that I only paid for postage as the goods were a free offer through my bank. The goods I’ve received are very good, I look forward to receiving my next order. Very good company as far as I am concerned.”

“Loved the foot cream. Have my shampoo, conditoner and face wash bars packed in my case ready for my Easter trip. Would love to re-order the foot balm but sadly it is out of stock. Definetly making it a monthly subscription once it is availble.”

“Lovely team with great interest in your experience.however the products are even better ,used some ideas from there sleeping range and they were great.but my favourite product was the charcoal face mask,loved it and made my skin feel amazing after usage-really recommend”

“Products were ok. Got these free with a promotion from another site. I think I’d have been disappointed had I paid full price which was stated as over £30. Very expensive for 4 miniature products”

Hi Ashley, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We are constantly working on how we can reduce our plastic packaging and many of our items come in cardboard boxes! Our range of zero plastic products has blossomed beautifully and we couldn’t be more proud. You can now look after almost every part of your body, completely without plastic packaging, through us. Every piece of packaging we include is recyclable. We even have a razor recycling scheme – the first in the UK – which is free to use, so you can send your cartridges to us when you’re done. “Products are always lovely and kind to skin. The fragrances are beautiful and I notice I can still smell them throughout the day. Had a delivery issue with my last order (Royal mails fault, not Gruum) and their customer service was absolutely faultless and really friendly. Highly recommend them!”

“Really nice products. I wasn't expecting quite as much as I got (i got the free item with paid postage). The clay mask stick was a bit messy, my bath looked like a builder has been cleaning up in it afterwards lol. Easy cleaned though. My face felt lovely. Even though it's only small I think I could get about 7 decent face treatments out of it. The pillow spray and Temple perfume is really nice too. I've not tried the melt bar yet. But it smells nice.”
