“Very please with purchases and quick delivery”

“I ordered an Andis Ultraedge AGC 2 Speed Brushless Dog Grooming Clipper in June/July, used it for the 3rd time in August and it didn't work, Andis sent me a free returns label, i sent my product back (accidentally including the extra clipper heads i had ordered from someone else on Amazon). They called me once which i missed then i had to call them back which took me 3 days worth of trying to actually get through to someone. I got a brand new Andis Clipper sent free of charge but they kept the extra clipper heads i had accidentally sent with no replacements provided. I then had to buy new clipper heads and the only people that were selling them were Groomers Limited so i then had to give them more of my money which as you can imagine i wasn't super happy about by then. I wouldn't particularly recommend Groomers Limited but i wouldn't say they are an awful company either. Kind of a love and hate relationship with the company. They are a brilliant company for easy returns and if you can get in touch with anyone from the company they are really helpful and kind so they do have their strong points, just need to work on their company transparency.”

“Ordered a muzzle and a few other bits on Monday I urgently needed and expected a good service from groomers as I’ve ordered from them before, but it got to Friday and I hadn’t received my goods and it turned out for some unknown reason they hadn’t shipped my order out, they were quick to sort my order out and and also send a second muzzle on a next day delivery and also refunded my postage. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend.”

“I had to return the muzzle I had received because it was too small. However, Groomers sent me the correct size for my Labrador by return of post. The muzzle fits very well and I received excellent customer service from Groomers Online.”

“Tuffer than tangles regular large slicker brush, is brilliant for my labradoodle. Used daily and hardly any hair in the house now. Really impressed with it. I’ve been using a different brand for years which has just broken leading me to buy this one and I’m not disappointed at all, just wish I’d bought this sooner. Would definitely recommend. Delivery was great came within 2 days of ordering.”
