“Great customer service and always help if you need it. I've had two pairs of clippers break within their warranty and despite it not being the fault of Groomers Online, they have respected that they were bought through them and have replaced or credited my account for these problems. Generally always been very happy with the products they sell and delivery is always in good time - if anything sooner than expected. Will continue to use Groomers Online for a while to come.”

Your order was placed at 19:46 on Friday 19th July and the goods were dispatched from our warehouse the very next working day, which in this case, was Monday 22nd July. However, we understand that the courier had an issue locating your address. “They changed the size of the shampoo bottle necks and now is groomers can’t use pumps in them! Of course we just so happen to have all the time in the world to pour a huge bottle every time we do a dog! Wouldn’t of been an issue if they’d offered a solution other than “there’s nothing we can do” I guess I’ll find a new shampoo supplier, as there are so many around anyway!”

“My pomapoo has always been very challenging and snappy to groom and clip, but everyone who has treated him at Hove Groomers has done a fabulous job. This is such a relief for me, and for him. I used to have someone come to the house to do him but it was always really stressful for all 3 of us. Thank you so much :)”

“As usual with Groomers my curved scissors arrived within a couple of days of ordering online the Roseline scissors are brilliant for shaping the head of my Bedlington Terrier i am really pleased with them and the service from Groomers.”
