“Great product. Had an issue which whilst members of the team were very personable on the phone, they were slow to respond. The first team member never rang back.”

“Bought a Coat King brush and it was very reasonably priced and dispatched to the Scottish Highlands very quickly and they didn’t charge me the Earth for postage. Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.”

“Disappointed, when placing an order with this company they always seem to be out of stock with 1 or 2 items and have to wait couple of weeks before they will be back in stock”

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear we have been out of stock of the products on the occasions you have made contact with us. We completely understand your frustration and to try and counter this, we always endeavour to replenish our stock as often as we can. However, sometimes if a product sells particularly well, we might become out of stock of that product earlier than anticipated. We also have different lead times on stock replenishment depending on what the product is and where in the world it is manufactured. “The grooming table I ordered was delivered the next day as promised. It was packaged perfectly and safely. I am very pleased with the table, it is very sturdy with a good grip and much better than using the dining table which I have been grooming my dog on. She was quite happy to go on it, which I did wonder about. I wish I had bought this before. I have had a few items from 'Groomers' and have always been very satisfied and do recommend them.”

“Disappointed.Thought I would order some grooming trousers on line.Stated my size and ordered.On arrival tried on.One pair was like a tent.On closer inspection they were XL in a Large bag.I ordered 2 pairs of large so now have to post back and wait for another pair.Phoned Groomers Friday and explained.Not even a sorry we will pay your postage,nothing.Poor service.”
