“Order came very quick. Cat has bad Tangles but we are getting through them slowly with help from the Detangling Spray. He's a beautiful ginger and white Persian. But losing his winter coat is causing him problems this year.”

“Very bad service for the following reasons. Order online states 24 hour dispatch. My order took 5 days with no communication. When I contacted the company they said that my address didn’t match my bank details ( it does and they took my money) to then say they can’t dispatch the item. But they can refund the money. How can you refund an order but not take the payment? So I’m summary, didn’t deliver the goods, poor communication and unable to deliver on their websites delivery time scale. Extremely disappointed and will never use this company again and I will look forward to discussing this at future events at every opportunity I get to show my disappointment in them.”
