“Fast delivery with great customer service. Why the 3 stars you ask?! Several items are out of stock, and with no backorder system I object to paying for carriage, as the balance of items I was after, would fall slightly under the £85 spend to qualify for free delivery. Also, 'Groomers' appear to have shifted heavily towards the retail market. Professional groomers would like some price difference surely!”

“Be careful when ordering liquid items, if these a leak Groomers do not replace the item, they only give a percentage off on what they fill has been lost. We got 10% off not sure how that gets refunded. We would rather have a litre detangling spray Mrs S Holloway”
