“We ordered a set of Aesculap Exacta clippers, on our vet's recommendation. The feedback from the order was just fine. The set arrived, on time, intact. We are delighted with the excellent quality of these clippers, and of the prompt and courteous way Groomers have dealt with us. I will definitely recommend this shop to other dog owner friends. “Would of given stars if the actual product had turned up. And after a week, I still have to wait another 3 days before I get a refund. I was told it would be here after contacting them, it didn’t turn up. When contacting again instead of just issuing the refund, was told to wait until the following Monday. Won’t be ordering from them again.”
