“I have upped my review to 4 stars, to reflect a better outcome! I had ordered online with disappointment (my order had been refused the 10% off on a special Bank holiday offer). I emailed customer services, and was informed that the reason why the discount had been refused was because of ONE sale item, a fragrance spray! This had in my basket, which contravened "Terms and Conditions" -Gosh really?. So my order was cancelled. I then decided to call and simply ask; if they really wanted to loose an order on account of a spray. Afterall the rest of the items on my order were FULL price! Tom took the call and swiftly put thing right applying my discount. Much to my surprise when I opened the delivery, the spray was also inside the box. Result!. So thank you Groomers for listening.”

“I ordered an artero pumice stone a few years ago to de-fluff a spayed saluki and it worked very well. I have only just had to replace it and that was because I lost it. When I ordered it, I browsed the other products and think I shall be ordering more grooming aids!”

“Fantastic service helping me start my own Business. Fast Delivery. On every item I’ve ordered. Even when something was missing with my Bath. They had it sent out to get to me the next day! It’s can be very stressful at time setting up and running your own Dog grooming business but Groomers online have made things so much easier for me. !!”

“Absolutely rubbish, I ordered a snood for my dog as she was going to be spayed and I paid £5.98 express delivery. Four days later it hadn’t arrived I was first told that it was due to the courier and then I was told that it hadn’t even been posted due to some sort of problem with printing. Waiting for my refund now.”

“Good company but I bought the flea & tick shampoo and it had no effect on the little blighters at all even immediately after shampooing. Shampoo is nice and don't know whether that failed or the pesky blighters have just got immune to everything hence my rating of 3 stars. Will continue to use it and see if regular baths will make it work better.”
