“Following a Google search for a dog shampoo that deals with dry itchy skin, I found myself on Groomers website. How lucky was I !!! They had all the products I needed [Primrose Shampoo & Conditioner] at a very reasonable price compared to other sites. Delivery was quick and now my dog is smelling beautiful with less itchy skin - see pics - Walter after his first shampoo & conditioner.”

“I opened my products which were all in metallic aerosol containers. One of them was very dented. Despite calling at least 4 times was never able to get hold of them despite emailing and leaving messages. As the products were not cheap was surprised by one thin jiffy bag and a little extra bubble wrap with that type of product needs more padding and or a box. Disappointed that there is never any staff on their phone line to deal with your queries and feel like I got a bargain basement product all dented however it was a bargain basement price and for that sort of money I expect better packaging and perfect products.”

“Pretty good small leak in one 5 litre bottle but not detrimental to the shampoo bottle. ABSOLUTELY ADORE my new scissors. Rose gold straight 8 inch. Well worth the £70+ they sound and look correct and amazing can’t wait to use them. Would put 5 star but just the small leak off of perfect”
