“Some cheaper options which is great, especially the 50% off at check out. One of the sensitive shampoos I ordered didn’t mention it had tea tree in it. If I had known, I probably wouldn’t have purchased it and I don’t want to return it because I will have to pay.”

“Find postage quite a lot for small things. Can it not be on what u have as can't always afford to spend £100. Sometimes u only need a couple of small things and need before a big order. Also ordered them next day had money off which is frustrating. Even a few pounds makes a difference.”

“Brilliant service online, I didn’t have time to chat with the girls on Dorwest stand at crufts but phoned my order in the following day. They found my account in no time at all, answered all my questions added my purchasers points and received my order in 2 days. Brilliant…. You don’t get service like this everywhere x”
